Tickets are available for purchase online until midnight Jan. 24th and are $5 a piece or 5 for $20.
The winning ticket for each prize will be drawn on January 27 at the Hunters with Mission Waterfowl Derby and Raffle Banquet. Winners will be notified via email/phone and announced here on the website.

You may purchase tickets for one prize at a time and will need to return to this page if you would like to purchase tickets for an additional prize.

In order to keep with our policy of 100% of donations going towards Metropolitan Mission we are using a free payment processing platform called Zeffy. Other payment processors charge a percentage of every transaction. During checkout through the Zeffy system, there is a field that states ‘Support the 100% free platform we use’ and by default, an additional amount is added to your total. This additional amount is optional and goes to Zeffy, not Hunters with Mission. To change or remove the amount, simply click on the drop down box and type 0 or the amount you wish to donate to them for providing this service to us free of charge.

Prize #1 – Coon Hunt with brent reaves

Brent Reaves – Host of the hit Podcast “This Country Life” is donating a chance for you and one other, to go on a two-night coon hunt with him on private land in Arkansas with lodging and meals.

This hunt is to be scheduled between the winner and Brent Reaves between 02/01/2024 and 08/31/2024. Winners will be responsible for their hunting licenses and travel.

Brent’s a lifelong outdoorsman whose family roots go back over 150 years in the river bottoms of rural Arkansas. Brent is a career law enforcement officer, a former waterfowl guide for over 25 years around Stuttgart, Arkansas, and the proud parent to three children, and grandparent to three grandchildren.

Prize #2 – Custom knife from ‘Forged in fire’ winner felicia Howard

This blade is a piece that any hunter would be proud to own. This knife was custom built by History Channel’s youngest “Forged in Fire” female winner, Felicia Howard. Crafted in excellence, this flintstone skinner makes separating the skin from the meat or carcass of your latest hunt quick and easy.

At the age of 15, Felicia created her first custom knife and she quickly fell in love with the process. With the support of her parents, she attained an apprenticeship at Helton Forge, followed by the basic knife course at North East Tech in Pryor, Oklahoma.

On January 1, 2022 she launched her company Scissortail Bladeworks and since then has personally made over 200 knives.

In June of 2022 Felicia was featured on History Channel’s “Forged in Fire” Season 9 Episode 12 alongside two incredible other smiths and by God’s grace was afforded the title of youngest female champion!

Prize #3 – Fine Art print “commander’s collection” from Tony Thomas

Tony Thomas has been so gracious to donate this prized art print “Commanders Collection” for a raffle. This is a print that any avid duck hunter would love to have on display. The artwork consists of a colorful array of duck calls from the collection of Tony’s father-in-law, Phil Robertson.

 

Tony was born in Ottumwa, Iowa, in 1969 where he demonstrated interest in drawing and painting in his early childhood. He received his initial art education at the age of 12. He worked in numerous mediums and explored traditional drawing and painting techniques. During his teens, he exhibited his work in area art shows and galleries in southeast Iowa.

He attended Iowa Wesleyan University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Art. He also completed a Master’s Degree in Art Education at the University of Florida while living in Managua, Nicaragua. He served there as a missionary teacher for five years. Currently residing in West Monroe, Louisiana, he spends most of his days painting and perfecting Louisiana recipes. Tony spent several years teaching students how to play the violin as well as organizing a fencing club at an international school. As a skilled fencer himself, Tony has competed internationally and has medaled in fencing competitions.

Are there other raffle prizes available at the event?

Yes. There will be a plethora of other raffle prizes at the event including guns, hunting gear, and more. Unfortunately due to legal restrictions and logistical difficulties, you must be in attendance to purchase and win tickets for any raffle prizes whose tickets are not sold on our website.

When is the cutoff time for online raffle ticket purchases?
